In the 1990's, having your own webpage was the booming trend. Everybody had one. Local ISPs and places like Geocities offered pre-made "templates" to help you get started without any knowledge. I joined the trend, but I was not satisfied. Over the years, I re-made my website using what technology was available. I learned a limited amount of HTML while doing this.
I decided to try web hosting. I bought my own domain, and moved my website to my own computer in my basement around 2003. I moved it back to a commercial hosting site for better up-time during another revision. It's not good to have a website if the site's not up all the time.
Years later, this hobby never left me. I decided to go to school so I could combine what I learned on my own with what I can learn in school and obtain certificates for web design and development.
Please check out my portfolio for examples of my work. If you would like to see a sample of my work not listed, please contact me. I am always trying something!
